As a gay man myself, I understand the specific weight of that, and I bring a warm, non-judgmental, shame-free space to every session. My approach draws on CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, always tailored to where you are and what you actually need. If you’re ready to feel more grounded and more like yourself, I’d love to connect.*
